Black Truffle – Tuber Uncinatum is quite similar to the black summer truffle, but its cross-section is a bit different from the black summer truffle, it has more intensive flavor, and it grows from having a mostly irregular shape to being completely round. As a meal seasoning, 8 to 10 grams should be served per person.
